ePod

The ePod product is a device for monitoring aircraft engine performance. The client provided general requirements to Telecomm Consultants. A detailed specification was written by Telecomm and approved by the client. The hardware and software was designed in-house and prototyped. A pre-production run of the product was completed and flight-tested. The electronics and mechanical designs were executed using industry standard CAD systems.

Pocket Probe

Tone probes are manufactured by a number of companies in the U.S. and have one thing in common. They are bulky and must be carried in a holster or tool bag. The client wanted a unique design that could be carried in a shirt pocket like a ballpoint pen.

Telecomm wrote a specification that was approved by the client and then designed the housing and electronics. The housing was modeled on a 3D Thermojet Printer and used to create an RTV mold. A high-performance urethane was poured into the mold to create the finished part seen here.

Verizon - Software Development and User Manual Project

This project included software development written in Visual Basic to control a remote testing device. The documentation was written to train the user and included screen shots, theory of operation, and detailed flow charts.
